Meet Your Therapist!

Rachelle McCloud, LCSW

Synergy Mental Health was founded by Rachelle McCloud, LCSW, with a commitment to providing compassionate, effective therapy that helps clients overcome anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress.
What began as a single-therapist practice is growing into a center for advanced, integrative mental health care. The mission remains the same: to offer high-quality, client-centered therapy that supports genuine healing and long-term wellness.

Each session is designed to create progress — not just coping — by helping clients build emotional stability, confidence, and balance in their lives. As Synergy Mental Health grows, future clinicians will share the same dedication to evidence-based, personalized care that meets each client where they are.

Rachelle McCloud, LCSW

I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in 2005 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health therapy to clients across Oregon.

Since 2016, I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress—guiding them out of pain, out of survival patterns, and into lives filled with clarity, confidence, and genuine well-being.

I bring more than a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient programs, substance-use treatment settings, private homes, and clinical practice — helping people move through anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and the patterns that come with them. Those years showed me how stress, pain, and old patterns show up in a person’s life — and what kind of support actually creates relief.

I’m a Mental Health Therapist, Emotional Wellness Coach, wife, and mother of five. My expertise comes not only from my professional training but also from my personal experience recovering from a debilitating anxiety disorder.

After having my third child in less than three years, I found myself in the depths of a mental health crisis—overwhelmed, anxious, and unable to sleep. I felt lost and disconnected from myself, struggling to make even the simplest decisions.

That experience led me to discover a completely new way of working with the brain—one that supports the brain’s natural ability to resolve symptoms and heal. Through this process, I not only found relief and stability but also discovered my life’s calling: helping others experience that same transformation.

Today, my work focuses on helping clients move beyond symptoms of anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress so they can build the stability, clarity, and strength needed to live the lives they were meant to live.
